RyanD , that is not exactly true. The study had many holes. One was the fact that they tested men during the time they could not have sex because the wound had not healed yet. Another was africans were engaging in dry sex which causes the skin to chafe and then transfer the disease. If circumcision stopped the transfer of HIV the USA would have the least percentage of infections not the highest. This last point seems the most persuasive to me.
