Ok guys and gals. Trying another fast ,this time as per most on this forum. Tried it my way last time and this time try it your way.
So no supplements, no tea,coffee, no diet drinks. Water, only water. And this time not going ot force down 8 to 10 or more of water will do as you guys say and only drink when thirsty.
Will try to take it easy do likley some walking type of exercise for half hour daily. May even do my weights on bowflex 3x week as mostly curious to see exactly how much weaker will get in the exercises. Free weights could be dangerous but have bowflex so can't hurt self like with free weights.Most likely just do walking and mabye some yoga on the fast.
Not going to set a time goal just going to take things day by day and see how it goes.
