Maybe you should try it then. I think it's approved for asthma and being investigated for milk allergy. But it binds to igE and, theoretically, should work for most allergies.
Keep in mind that igE is an important part of your immune system that is thought to play a role in detecting cancer, and interacts with other immunoglobulins. By blocking igE, you're essentially shutting off a major component of your immune system. This drug seems more appropriate for acute cases.
