You can make an excellent mouthwash by adding 3/4 teaspoon of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement to 500 ml of water. Take a mouth full and swish for 30 seconds or longer, then spit it out. Do not rinse afterward.

Note that this is a level measurement. If you use a heaping measurement drop it down to 1/2 teaspoon.
