Thanks for sharing anon! It irritates me to no end how we humans are always trying to alter and control things that were lovely and worked just fine before we got involved.

I convinced my dad to stop spraying chemicals on the lawn to kill the "weeds" and you wouldn't believe all of the lovely little plants and flowers that are sprouting up. It turns out that those pesky dollar weeds are edible too and I've heard are nice in a salad, although I don't dare because it hasn't been very long since the lawn's been sprayed. But nature is always a million times more magnificent that our chemically altered version.
