You have enough sodium in your diet? How about other minerals?

I've been dizzy/vertigo nonstop for weeks, because my body keeps dumping salt and I'm probably deficient in other minerals. Eating salt/sodium containing foods improve the dizziness.

I'm dealing with adrenal fatigue, hypoglycemia, etc., though, so our situations might be different.

Something to consider I suppose.
