Re: Has anyone flushed without doing the colon cleanse and kidney cleanse first?

I did 7 flushes before I even knew about doing the other flushes first :) I got MANY stones my first 4 flushes. I do wish I had known the proper protocol first, but I dont feel it has done any damage not knowing.

I am currently doing a Colon Cleanse for a week then I will do a kidney cleanse and then another flush. The FAQ section is VERY informative.
