Re: liver flushing and back posture

The purpose of spinal adjustments is to relieve and eventually eliminate subluxations which are defined here:

http://www.brailechiropractic.com/NYK2.html

So yes, the spine is aligned through manipulation. Depending on your age and neglect the spine may take some time to come back into proper alignment and then realign itself. Once it has though, spinal manipulation is needed for maintenance. How often depends on how active you are.

Maintain your body and it will be around for a while serving you well, neglect it and it is analogous to not ever changing the oil, brakes, fluids, tires, etc in/on your car; it will begin to run badly, get clogged up, won't stop and crash, and end up in a wheel chair due to flats among all kinds of other problems.

The chiropractic forum is here //www.curezone.org/forums/f.asp?f=267, though I do not think it is very active. Go to google and search http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=chiropractic

I am convinced that no one alternative health effort will "cure" anything (it may make a huge noticable difference if the treatment is right for the individual), but if we put together the right combination of cleanses, flushes, herbs, minerals what-have-you, and the result can be profound.

good luck
