Re: Intro & day 3 of water fast this is tuff kinda
I always wondered if baby food would be a good introductor to breaking a fast, as it is soft and probably easy to digest. I have thought about it trying it before myself as I have done a couple water fasts.
I have to say that I was very moved by your situation, as I can relate to a point, as I am 5"1' and I know how weight can really be harder on a shorter person then it seems on a taller person. It must be harder with children so close and plus taking care of them. I admire your position, as I have no children, yet wish I had one.
I am cheering you on, as I know you want to do this and you CAN! It will be hard, but nothing in life is easy, especially the things a person wants the most. I usually post on my blog in the blog section, as I don't post in the forums much as in the past (at least in the
Water Fasting forum)were was distention, and it was negative, so I stopped posting.
I know that I don't weight as much as you do, but back in November 2010, I did weight 155 pounds. I am now on my 4 mini fast ( 12 to 15 dayers) as it seems that it is easier for me to deal with. It has helped me lose the weight as well as I followed a very strict fresh veggie and fruit/beans/fish/chicken diet. Right now I am currently 120
pounds and hope to get back down to my original size of 104-110.
You can do this even if you have to do it a little bit at a time, as I have. Just remain determined toward your goal. Your children will enjoy the new you, as you will be able to do things you haven't done in a long time.
Good luck on your fasting.
Sincerely,
Sacristia
