IF#1 should always be encapsulated (unless there's a special reason not to, which would be uncommon)...and IF#2 should NEVER be put in capsules.

The IF#1 has always been encapsulated in size "0" capsules...you could use bigger capsules, but then none of the literature or information on the forum about "how many" would be the same.
