A Jihadist? Really man? Do me a favor and look up the meaning of jihad, then tell me that any comment I have ever posted on this site is typical of a jihadist. And if that is what you think of me based on my posts, you are correct in assuming that absolutely I do not care.

My doctor's opinion (which I share because I am still alive) are not based on anecdotes. Good doctors work with facts, and scientific testing. What is anecdotal about having HIV destroy my immune system, leaving me with <10 CD4s and a viral load of >300,000, and a nearly fatal case of PCP? Where is the anecdote in that?
