Re: Spending too much on health stuff? Enjoy my sale! Herbs, raw foods, Beck protocol, Himalayan Salt stuff, Marine Phytoplankton, Digestive Enzymes, barley grass powder, probiotics, Olive Leaf, camu camu, chlorella, ionic foot bath, and more!
Hi!
I have been looking into Oceans Alive Marine Phytoplankton and I wonder if anyone could answer some of my questions about this product? It would be greatly appreciated!
1. How is Marine Phytoplankton compare to Spirulina and Chlorella. Have been eating these for a while and noticed increased energy, but no direct improvement of acne. Is Marine Phytoplankton a better choice for skin problems?
2. Have very low values of iodine, magnesium, calcium, sulfur and vitamin D and have been recommended to supplement. Could you take Marine Phytoplankton as single supplements, to get enough of these vitamins and minerals?
3. Wondering about the exact content of Oceans Alive
Marine Phytoplankton and if it’s 100% vegan and organic
without additives? Do you have some detailed table of
contents somewhere, showing the quantities of different
nutrients it contains? Also wonder if the Omega 3 is long-
chain DHA?
4. Saw that Ocean Alive doesn’t contain Vitamin D and wonder
if you could recommend any good, vegan and organic source
or brand for this Vitamin? Found a store where I live that has Vitamin D from Garden of Life, capsules with organic raw
whole foods. Is this an okay choice, or is it better to find
something liquid?
Thanks heaps!
