Lets just pray that this letter is a hoax. If this letter is indeed true and "if" this person is still alive she needs immediate hospital care, NOW!!!

This sounds like an anorexic on her last breath.

I am not here to debate anything nor will I use this forum to battle it out, ego vs ego. I stopped that a very long time ago. "True Hunger" is not a scientific fact, it is merely a theory and certainly not agreed upon by every faster or every medical doctor, naturopathic, etc.

Until you have travelled Africa and seen true starvation, you have no right giving this kind of advice or quoting from a book, sold only at a health food store. Until you have worked with Anorexics, starving to death from a hospital bed, along with your medical license, you have no right giving life or death advice.

I pray this was a hoax letter or that someone saved this person from herself. Remember, Karen Carpenter died at 108 pounds (just under 8 stones) but her frail body and malnourished organs had finally given up.
