I wanted to do it for a while. Think I should while things are slow for me. Started at 1 am today.
For weight loss and to give my stomach a rest. I have like 100 lbs to lose, but not doing a 100 day fast, at least 3 weeks and maybe more if possible.
I have other problems that could be cured by doing a long fast, like sleep apnea, Acne (even though my skin is looking better already) and I probably am pre-diabetic since I am so overweight.
