so i got a new scale and according to it, im up to 163 :( i know why though, i got my period.. again lol i heard that when women fast, ur period comes sooner but damn.. it came wayyy to soon. idk if thats healthy or not? i mean i literally had it like a little bit over a week ago so thats my only concern right now. anybody have any info on fasting and the effects it has on the menstrual cycle? any info would be helpful, thx (: im seriously not supposed to get it till like 2 more weeks or so. I'm not feeling that well but thats because of the period symptoms, ladies u know what im talking about haha i was able to go grocery shopping with my mom, had energy but now i just feel crappy again. think im just gonna lay down and take a nap, that always helps. ok so since i got my period i won't be weighing myself this whole week cuz the numbers on the scale ain't gonna down since i'm retaining water weight from my period. i'll still be checking in with u guys everyday, and next monday i'll let u guys know how much i weigh, im sure i'll see a big drop in nunbers.. hopefully [x have a nice day everyone, ttyl (:
