I thank you for posting to defend our forum. Some are like myself who almost no post out of frustration.

I believe our forum has been "highjacked" in a way. And I know I will be "attacked" for my opinion.

So, Chiron, thanks, cause you stand up and remain vigilant, and often times I feel the red in my face when I read your courageous posts while I remain silent. Then I blame it on my English or second language to feel better about my weak disposition at defending our forum.

Mighty, you said it like it is. I was lucky I could not read that post that has been removed now.. My level of tolerance is very passionate (read very low), as opposed to yours, I am sure. And even given that, you had to jump in to tell the right thing.

WY, a teacher here now has to be blind iin 2 eyes, and deaf in 2 ears; but I salute your honesty. You voice it openly, sincerely... it's refreshing. I like your authenticity.

People who post here what they should post in one of the many forums dedicated to them...Do so not because lack of understanding... They simply don't care about our guidelines and have no intention to respect them... simple.

The physical laws that apply to a restricted diet, do not apply to a fasting body. Hence, many advices given here are wrong because the poster refuses to accept that... The body has set rules to react .. No one can change the laws of nature... How hard is that to understand?

There is a hard to describe "power" fight in this forum. Why? I don't know exactly. Beforehand, I concede I am may be very wrong about this...But, what can I do if I only have my own little brain to reach conclusions? I would love to be "enlightened" by a superior mind....
