the morning after a very succesfull CE

Had a very succesful Coffee-Enema yesterday with loads and loads of liver noise. This morning did a couple of water enemas and cant believe how much toxic stuff came out and actually burned on the way out despite not having anything spicy previously and OMG it stank to high heaven. there were also lots of flukes and some really big ones. My gut feels a bit warm inside so Id imagine this is due to the toxic stuff that came out my liver. Just thought I would let you all know :-)
BTW working the reflexology liver spot on your feet works wonders while doing the CE's especially once your liver starts to open up a bit so work those feet baby.
