Dry skin brushing is great.
Man, I forgot how powerful dry skin brushing can be.
I got a brush yesterday, and a couple of minutes ago I did the routine, brushing everything towards the heart.
About halfway through, I started feeling a lot of anxiety and strange sensations. I just continued anyways, then afterwards took a quick rinse in the shower with the poisonous tap water (still need a filter).
I feel pretty good right now. It feels like my skin can breath. I also feel relaxed, a little sleepy. I can feel my blood.
I did get a little short-breathed though, around my heart area. Brushing it all towards that area seemed to cause some sort of congestion. I'm sure it'll flow better after a couple of days/weeks.
Give it a try if you're not already doing it.
By the way, does anyone have a resource that shows a more specific brushing pattern to follow?
