Lent is the perfect "cover" for fasting

It's Lent! It's the PERFECT cover at work to avoid having co-workers question why you aren't eating with them. I told people I was fasting sun up to sun down. Now I don't have to come up with excuses every day, and everyone respects my fast (not knowing I don't eat come sun down either) ;)
