Catnip in an enema

Can someone direct me to information about how to go about adding catnip tea to an enema?

I've found lately that my fecal matter is very thin for about a week after I have a colonic and also the one time that I've tried doing a castor oil pack my poop got pencil thin for a week afterwards. I'm guessing this means that I have a spastic colon? Does anyone know?
