I use it this way all of the time. First drink a half glass of water. Then: I use a size 00 capsule and drop Miracle-Mineral-Supplement directly into the capsule, then the same number of drops of 50% citric acid . I never went higher than 7 drops because it gets full. Then close the capsule and pop in into my mouth and take it with another half glass of water. No 3-minute wait. With 50% citric acid it reacts quickly and probably is well along when the capsule dissolves or pops. Some capsules have a shape that snaps closed, and I prefer these so that they don't slide open as the gas evolves from the reaction. I think this is a great way.

Once I was careless and didn't swallow enough water with the capsule, the capsule must have gotten stuck. I had the same symptom of severe heartburn that took two days to disappear. Tweet
