There is a term: "Revolution Within The Form." Google that, too!

You may keep the form, meaning so-called states, titles of elected officials, nifty buildings and postage stamps; and that gaily-colored flag on your flagpole. Keep all the trimmings. Yet what's underneath and under the hood has changed. What's really there is your worst nightmare, which is why you're allowed to keep the old "decorations," so you won't become alarmed and cause a fuss.

Those who don't want to face such ideas need to, and for two reasons.

1.) You really have no choice.

2.) Once you face it and accept it, the fright wears off and you can think and act appropriately.
