Hi, like the previous man, I have started using oregano oil (1 or 2 drops daily) and and I am experiencing severe constipation. Some bloating, no pain, just like he said, kind of no movement in the gut at all, a bit dead. I am also taking grapefruit seed extract (8 drops twice daily) and black walnut (20 drops daily).
What do you think? can somebody help?
