I find that I'm generally slow actually starting a new procedure.

But, there are times, more recently, since my stroke, when I just start, without pausing to argue with myself.

Partly, I think, it is that there are so many things that help. One by one I start, and stick with, useful procedures and concepts.

Thanks for the reminder. I particularly needed it today.
