Well, another little testimonial for you. I grounded outside for a good 20 minutes tonight in socks (it's freezing out, lol)... and it was great.
I went from:
-anxious, on edge, in a fog
to:
-clearminded, calm, talkative (was talking on the phone with my friend), and I felt like I wanted to go to sleep :)
..you know that feeling when you go to the beach and you just want to konk out and sleeepp... yea well, it's all being grounded and resetting your circuitry basically.
I will definitely make sure I do this as much as I possibly can.
