Parasites on dog hair

Could someone identify these things I'm seeing on dog. She rubs her nose and eyes a lot on furniture or carpet. She did have a lot of hair loss, but since we have treated her aggressively with frontline, her hair has grown back. Still the face rubbing. Docs have just given the "it's allergies" but never a skin scraping. Anybody know what these are?
