This is great! I'm thinking about experimenting with some of these. I know Ginger root has been my God send, so I'm guessing there are others here that might be equally amazing!
Also, I just bought an echinacea tincture that I'm hoping will strengthen my immune system. Echinacea is supposed to be great for people with Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome and is also anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and antiviral.
