castor oil for tumors within the nasal canal

Wondering if castor oil would only aggravate a tumor within the nasal canal if it is rubbed on the outside of the nose? If there is fluid or congestion and the castor oil is drawing it out, where would it go since i can't imagine it being drawn through the bone.

I would love some thoughts, suggestions or maybe a lead to someone that works a lot with castor oil.
