Any oil\fat separated from its whole food is going to be a compromise to one degree or another... and lend itself to over indulgence, which then becomes problematic.

Most of these oils, whether animal or plant based are substitutes for pharmaceuticals.

I believe that the fermented CLO or a good raw cultured butter, from grass fed old world dairy animals, are your bests bets for any commercially available *animal\fish products.

Unfortunately, raw butter is hard to come by, cultured raw butter even harder still.

Then we have huge variations in genetic ancestry (we are all genetic mutants) that make some foods medicines for some people, and those same foods poisons for others.

I will read the pdfs... however, I am *almost* positive that it will not change my thinking on this.
