Hi William! You don't have to wait. I started my Candida Cleanse as soon as I finished my first Humaworm. I was like you on the first one, not much happened, but the second one...OMG! It was unreal what came out of me! During the first year, the three Humaworm parasite cleanses kill things in layers, each cleanse goes deeper. I can really attest to that after this last one. Tweet
