When I recently spoke with my Doc who lives in South America he told me the Alinia dose is for 3 days but if you are "loaded" he said it could be taken for 6 days, one pill every 12 hours, stop for two weeks and then REPEAT TREATMENT, he said the worse is to not re-treat because these bugs reproduce faster than how we kill them!!!
