appetite and liver

Yes, there is definitely a connection between the state of the liver and your appetite. I didn't read this anywhere, I've experienced it first-hand. I remember doing a flush around a year ago and afterward I felt incredibly light and energetic and had very little appetite. Not that I didn't want to eat but I limited my meals to three small meals a day and was satisfied. It was surprising to me because I am a grazer, I could eat all day small portions of food.

Later, as the older stones advanced, I started to become ravenous. In fact, the more congested my liver became, the more food I needed. It seems that the lack of bile makes for poor absorption of nutrients, because this is what triggers hunger.
