I think I'm going to just go ahead and do a round of doxycycline. This drug happens to be the first line of defense against just about every disease I have suspected myself of having including lyme, Gulf War syndrome (I served during the first Gulf War), chlamydia pneumonia, various Mycoplasma infections, Brucella, babesia and a couple others that I can't think of right now

If that doesn't seem to have any effect then I'm going to take up your suggestion about getting tested for the various viruses that you suggest getting tested for. Obviously doxycycline does not do anything against viruses. So if doxycycline is ineffective then it would seem much more likely that I have a virus problem

by the way, this talk about ammonia toxicity is right on. I am nearly 100% convinced that I suffer from ammonia toxicity based on all of what I have read
