Could Mirena be the cause of all my problems?

I had the mirena put in place about six months after my daughter (2nd child) was born. Right from the beggining I began have contraction like cramps randomly. Sometimes they hurt so bad I would just lay in bed and cry. Also about a month after i had it put in place I developed this rash on my lower stomach , between my navel and pubic bone , that is extremly itchy at times and scabby and bleeds and is just totally discusting. My doctor has given me every cream I think is availble and all they do is make it worse or nothing at all. It has been almost a year and a half since i had the mirena put in and the rash is still there, i still have random "contraction" cramps, and it seems my symptions are becoming worse. Now I seem to be bloated all the time (sometimes i appear to be VERY pregnant) I am extramley tired all the time, suffer from random mood swings , and just plain feel 100% awfull and sickly. My doctor has exausted all other possibilites and the only thing thats abnormal about me is im anemic however i take iron supplements for that but he still does not think the mirena is the cause of my troubles. Also my cycle is very irregular sometimes i dont have my period for months then ill have it out of the blue and sometimes its heavy, sometimes its light, sometimes it lasts for days and other times weeks. All in all im begging to think that the mirena is nothing but a piece of crap and i dont trust it either, im always scared of becomming pregnant. Does anyone else think that these symptoms could be related to the mirena? Does anyone else suffer from any of these "symptons" or know anything that could help me? Also I have the hormonal IUD type if that helps.
