Your husband needs to find a weekend. Get up in the morning and drink 2 big glasses of water. You can add a piece of lime or lemon to improve the taste. I am not talking about sipping it. I am talking about bulping it down quickly (2 big glasses). About ten minutes later, he should be ready to go #1, not #2, yet. As soon as he finished #1, drink another big glass of water again. He should keep doing it until he needs to go for #2. The whole idea behind it is to keep lots of water in the stomach and the pressure will help him go for the #2 eventually. After the business, he should feel very refreshed, but the water he kept drinking really flushed away lots of gunks in his body. It's simple, but it works for me.
