DQ - If you do daily juicing be prepared for some pretty big changes. I think we're both in our 50's and you can expect to feel decades younger energywise. I used to hit a wall in the mid afternoon where my productivity would go south after 4pm.
With my morning juice it blasts me out the door to slay dragons (or tilt at windmills). I bring an extra jar to work to drink around noon that fuels me for the rest of the day. No more wall. (I use a canning jar and fill to the top so no air gets in and no oxidation).
Also you'll lose weight as you start consuming all those digestive enzymes. And you won't be as hungry as you fill your body with high qualities/quantities of nutrients with just about zero calories.
Of all the massive changes I've made to my diet/fitness/supplements/protocols/lifestyle etc. None have had a bigger impact on my health and well being than juicing. Budwig a close second (though juicing should be a integral part of the Budwig protocol).
