Just to clarify for everyone.

1. You did the Diet: "No sugar, no fruit, no grains other than buckwheat. I ate chicken, fish, vegetables, salads , buckwheat, eggs."

2. Re-colonized the colon with Florastor.

3. Used Enemas.


Could I ask how long you were on the diet for? Also, what kind of Enemas, and how often did you do the Emenas?
Did you use ANY kind of sweetener?
