Would it be okay if I purchase the ala form vrp.com as well? I know they are 100mg but cutting it in half would work right?

It's probably hard to guess, but what would you say is needed in terms of quantity to go from start to finish? I'm young(20) and in relative good health, no amalgams...

That would be fine. The only thing I have ever heard it to avoid Thorne DMSA because they had a few bad batches and it would be best to avoid them.

Honestly, I would buy a some VRP DMSA and ALA from Kirkman or anywhere else. I like Kirkman because it comes in 25mg capsules so I just split them in half for 12.5mg dosing.

You should start at 12.5mg of ALA(assuming no exposure for the last 3 months) and 12.5mg of DMSA. 50mg to start is way too much. Many people who started with too much ALA or DMSA report regression for a few weeks, so it is not something to mess with. Start low and slow and work your way up. 12.5mg is good.

Your lucky your in good health, most who start chelating are in terrible health which makes the whole process slower. I am also young so I know how you feel.
