I had this problem Soooo Severely for over a year. I had crazy Candida.... and was coughing up/ spitting excess phlegm/ mucous near every 10 minutes! It was ruining my life.
I tried every anti-fungal, the candida diet, ... to no avail whatsoever.
A few days of taking FiveLac probiotics and it was significantly better. 2 weeks a cure. (Careful with die-off though)

I also have Severe Adrenal Fatigue... after researching eating more protein (w probiotics and HCL for digestion), having 1/4 of a tsp of Himalayan salt spread throughout the day, and 1 tbs coconut oil a day, and for the first time in years I'm gaining stamina.
All this can be researched online.
(I'd also suggest natural vitamins/ or juicing, maybe vitamin B, and vitamin D if you live up in the north) Hope this helps :) Tweet
