It is frustrating to think that the very thing that might help you and others expel those heavy pigment stones isn't readily available. However that fact that they are herbs that can cause a greater contraction of the gallbladder is helpful. As far as I can establish the only safe herb listed and readily available is dandelion. The very limited evidence from the group so far is positive.
A poorly gallbladder suffers from inadequate emptying but I would think that after the workout you've given your gallbladder it is in fine fettle. The only other suggestion I have is that you should consider increasing the potion to the maximum you can tolerate. Move out of your comfort zone and go the extra mile.
I am currently taking 10 fluid ounces of the potion (5 fluid ounces each of olive oil and lemon juice) and will be increasing it to 12 this week.
With the addition of some ginger and dandelion it may do the trick. What do you think?
