Re: Where to buy Colonix in London, England? ebay..
The colema board is basically a plastic board with an opening to the toilet, you can make a board in wood with a hole as big as your w.c., the length and width of the board depend on your size and the space you have in the toilet. You have to be able to lie down comfortably and be able to flex the legs and put the feet on the board. Wood is better at touch than plastic, and can be reasonably washed and sterilized (in any case there's the hole, don't forget, the shit will go hopefully "there"!)
Then you need a 20 l. bucket and a tube of enough length so that you can put the bucket 1,5 m over you and put one extremity of the tube inside the bucket and the other extremity is in your rectus. Let's say approximately 2.5 m
Then you need a pin that allows you to stop the flow of water in the tube, you can use any kind of pin.
The only part that comes from a pharmacy is a little glass straw that you put in the extremity of the tube, this is the part that you put in the rectus, and that after the colema you are recommended to boil in water so that next time it is perfectly sterile.
It is really simple. Three years ago I read a post in the forum on BC with extremely detailed explanation, I don't know if they kept it in the archives, I didn't find it. If you have the chance to use only one time a colema board (I did it in Thailand) then it is really easy to do it by yourself. The only reason why these boards are sold is that people don't really know they are so elementary before purchasing them. There is a bit of speculation on this, IMHO:)
