If you can't eat it raw, then it is not meant to eat cooked too. These foods are made for other creatures, not humans. Also, grains should be sprouted, this is more flavorful and light on the stomach. I like making essene bread by lightly sprouting wheat grains and processing them into a dough, then leaving it to ferment (for taste, nutrition and digestibility!) for some time and then making real thin flat breads, but it is also wonderful as a loaf. When it is hot I dry it in the sun (I live in Brazil). Good luck, there are so many raw options, these oother foods will not even be missed after some time.
