That quote is fantastic, and it is something I quite often try to say to others who feel their life is going bad, but just not as well. Now I have that up my sleave!

I also wanted to say thanks for the Equinox Liver Flush hint. I had a very bad flush about three months ago, was very sick, and released about 200 large thick dark green stones. Thought I'd nearly have to go to hospital. I was too afraid to try another, but did a couple of days ago, and have to say, that it was the easiest one I've ever had. Still released about 200 stones, but this time they were smaller, and a bit harder, with a dark green centre. I feel quite good now. Does the Equinox make it easier, or just give one a better flush?
