Healing crisis - mosquitoes bytes like

Hello,
Since I'm taking urine regularly in the morning I got very itchy musquitoes like bites on the skin. The area keeps changing, started on the left shoulder, then on the abdomen, then on the hands or legs. If I stopped it goes away then it comes back. They are awfully itchy and can't stop skratching sometimes to the point of bleeding. Any suggestion as to how to deal with this, anyone else experiencing this simptoms?
