Re: restoring intestinal - EDIT

Excess dietary fiber is a bad thing and some of what is described does happen but the fermentation isn't limited to fiber see the reasons behind SCD on that.

There is however truth behind the addiction to fiber which can also come in the form of vegy diets.
Imagine the good and bad bacteria in your gut at war at all times. If you supply undigested carbs into the bowels you will create many times the amount of volume of stool due to the die off in this war. With it comes massive amounts of toxic gas that create further damage.
Good book on the details is 'Eating Alive 2'...
However eventually the bad guys win, mostly due to the abundance of ALU on the planet surface thanks to the decades old 'non existent' Chemtrails.

If you look at high fiber diets you also see high use of properly fermented yogurt to offset this. Of course what we sell in the stores isn't yogurt its pudding with a yogurt label.

I want to add something we just found out a little while ago and that is that many good bacteria don't thrive unless they have REEs. ALU makes nearly all of those unavailable.
