Re: arthritis triggered by dietary protein, and water

Thanks, T2. I hope the pain is healing pain. It's identical to the usual joint pain, however.

My water consumption is 64 oz/day.

Carbs are coming from quinoa, brown rice, almonds, and vegetables. No granola.

Particular foods associated with an increase in joint pain would be chicken, turkey, beef, crab, lentils, black beans...and any other food I can think of which is high in protein. Significant amounts of foods made with wheat flour seem to trigger pain. Also, packaged sweet potato chips fried in sunflower/safflower oil. That last one is odd, considering there wouldn't be much protein in sweet potato chips - I had blamed the heated oils, and I no longer eat those.
