Ok, since transitioning from juice to only water/coffee/tea, I have gone down a little less than 2 lbs in 2 days. This is the beginning of my 3rd day water fasting. I did not drink coffee today, hoping I can ween myself off of it. I admit that I feel kinda weak today, but when I looked at the scale this morning and saw that it said 276.1, that gave me a morale and energy boost. I'm basically 0.2 lbs from 275. Yay! I can feel my clothes fitting different after losing only a few lbs. This morning I put on a suit jacket that I could barely get my arms into 2 weeks ago, and it went on fine. Still a little snug, but a big improvement.
