tablets are no good im my opinion, the reason I like the liquid braggs apple cider vinager, is because its pure,raw and natural, and liquid gets absorbed into your bloodstream more than a tablet would... my i had bad die-off that die i drank the mix, pains all over and shaking... thise is used as a really good vermifuge to kill systematic worms...
