Re: anyone ever had this happen?

Since my second flush, one week ago, my right kidney has been very tender. It actually scared me, being new to this flushing business. It's made me a bit hesitant to jump into the next flush, even though I doubt anything will keep me from continuing.

Can someone tell me what happens to our kidneys during the flush? Does everyone believe that a kidney flush should absolutely be done prior to each flush?
