Re: Coffee Enema following clear water eliminations
I haven't posted for several months, so after three months I am just seeing your message. I've used
coffee enemas as interim between liver flushes, which I haven't done for a long time either. The
Liver Flush uses a couple of doses (1 tbsp/6oz of water). Cleainng yourself by fasting was just a way to isolate the effects of the
coffee enema so that I knnew that what came out could be attributable directly to it. Anyway, using the
Liver Flush idea of opening up the liver ducts with epson salts, after fasting a couple of days I just take 1 dose of epson salts a couple of hours before the coffee enema. With an empty intestinal tract, it can act pretty quick, so (after a couple of hours) I also make sure I can go 30 minutes without the urge to eliminate anything, afterall you trying to hold it in 15-20 minutes. Last time I did it, I took a second dose after a couple of hours, like the
Liver Flush procedure, so it was still a couple of hours after that before I did the coffee enema. I did, in fact have several ES related eliminations before I stablized long enough to be confident I could hold it in. Nothing is written in stone, here. I've done coffee enemas, without fasting (and without
Epsom Salts ) which is to say, just not eating that day, until I did it in the evening.
Note: I bought a pound of Wilson's Blend. Didn't get anything near the same visual results as buying my own whole beans.
Tub???
I just hang the bag from door, in my bedroom, lying on a couple of towels. On my left side, head resting on a couple of pillows and then just listen with a stethescope ($10 bucks on ebay) to all the interesting noises.
One cup of coffee to 2 liters of water????? No
You need to test your tolerance and/or effectiveness by starting with small amounts. My level settled at 4 tablespoons of ground coffee (ORGANIC, NOT decaffinated, with as little flavoring
additives that you can find - I've yet to find anything plain with nothing added.)
I don't actually boil the coffee. I boil 12
oz of water and pour in the coffee, let it sit for 20 minutes. drain if off (less than 12
oz drains off) and do it twice more with 8
oz. Let the whole thing sit and drain if off again leaving the silty sediment at the bottom. End up using 2 1/2 to 3 cups of a relatively sediment free solution. But, that's just me.
You lie on your left side to pool the liquid in the colon at the sigmoid colon. That's where the magic takes
